Confidence and being the best version of you!

Been the best version of you this doesn’t mean what you look like. This means how you feel about yourself. Do you know what you bring to the table? Do you need to spend a little bit of time working on your self-esteem?

Change has to come from the inside, I once had all my long haircut short because I felt a new me would make me feel better, but it’s only a new look. The outside does not fix the inside. You can’t fix what’s wrong on the inside by getting a new car, haircut, getting your teeth done, getting the fake tan or getting anything else done. This comes from the inside of your human not the outside. Sometimes we think if we just do this or get that, we will be happy and more confident, then we are disappointed when this is not the case. Sure going to the gym/diet is a great start to you feeling and looking your best, but there is more to it.
