Q. What is Singles Socials?

Singles Socials is a events company aimed at the single market. We want to bring single people together in a fun way, so they can connect with other single people.

Q. Do you offer anything else other than events?

Jan offers free advice on building confidence and also has a blog on the Next Chapter Dating Website and a YouTube Channel. Plus our private face book group!

Q. Can couples come to an event?

Not at the moment, but watch this space things are changing...

Q. What if I book then meet someone before the event, can I still come?

Of course, that's a great result, other members will be pleased to hear your happy news!

Q. Is Singles Socials a dating agency or does it offer online dating?

No - the events and social side is just a events company that aims to bring singles together. The idea being you will meet people, make friends, have fun and maybe meet someone you click with.

Q. What happens when I book an event?

You will receive a confirmation email. You should you wish to; you will be able to join our closed private facebook group. This will enable you to chat to others also coming to Singles Socials events. Please note this facebook group is not a dating group.

Q. Can I get a refund on an event if I can't come for whatever reason?

Tickets are not refundable, the event may have already been paid for & your place booked. However if the event is full and your place can be filled then a refund less admin cost will be offered. 

 

Q. Will there be the same number of ladies and gentlemen at the events?

No; in an ideal world we would like to have a balanced number, but this does not happen in real life. Some events appeal more to ladies, i.e. dancing and some more to guys, i.e. Clay Shooting. So please don't expect a equal number, just expect to meet some nice people, that we can guarantee.

Q. Any rules I need to be aware of?

Yes, the full set of T&C are here, but if you hate small print the biggest golden rule is we have a zero tolerance for drunken, rude or abusive behaviour and anyone displaying this type of behaviour will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Further more their membership will be cancelled, again without refund.
